Futomaki is located in the historic Philadelphia area of Pennsylvania. As a lover of Sushi and Japanese Cuisine, the cattery name Futomaki comes from my favorite piece of Sushi. Futomaki Cattery specializes in Red and Tortie Pointed Colorpoint Shorthairs, but has occasional Lynx Points and Siamese in all 4 colors available.

     All of our stock is CFA registered, and many are out of Grand Champions, Regional and National Winners, Breed Winners, as well as imports from Canada, Europe, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. Futomaki is a member of the CFA Colorpoint Shorthair, Siamese, and Oriental Shorthair Breed Councils. We have been breeding cats since the mid 1980's, but only since 1998 with the CFA.

     Our goal is to produce healthy and well-socialized show quality kittens. With the infusion of vigor and vitality of pure Siamese bloodlines from Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Europe into our American lines, we have been able to produce genetically sound and healthy Colorpoints and Siamese both extreme in type and refined in build.

     All of our kittens are raised under foot and very well socialized by the time they are ready to leave home at 12-16 weeks. We have pet quality, breeding quality, and occasional show quality kittens available at most times. We also occasionally have young adult spayed/neutered cats available at very reasonable prices. Our cattery is FLV, FIV, and FIP free. We require that all new owners sign a sale contract and offer a health guarantee on all cats and kittens.
